Heaven’s Glow Shipping Policy

We currently ship Heaven’s Glow products within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed and processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: $8 for orders under $70
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
• Express Shipping: $15
• Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment.
• Express delivery usually arrives within 1–2 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses.

Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email when your order ships.

Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Heaven’s Glow is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.
